Dark passage complete

Ahh the passage is complete. Each time I travel this way, dancing with my shadow, aligning my will with truth I come to the other side refreshed and strengthened. I dare say this is easier said than done many times, however the more conscious the movement, the more graceful the passage. I enter once again into the light, holding and vibrating more light and I am grateful.

A Day on the River

Nature has a magical way of soothing the human being. Canoeing on the river was just such an experience. The tress were mostly bare of leaves yet had the spanish moss hung from the branches. It was quite a mystical site. Once the sound of the road disappeared all that could be heard was the song of the many birds, the scraping of a turtle shell as he manuevered onto a log to sun himself, and the wind in the trees. God is good. I am grateful.

During these rapidly changing times it is more important than ever to take some quiet time for yourself. It would also be a good time to take a media diet, breaking away from the constant negative messgaes delivered by the news, talk radio, gossip magazines and so forth.
You deserve a break today and I am not referring to fast food! You deserve a little peace and quiet. Go ahead and take it.
